Terms & Conditions

By engaging any Rainbow Flamingo Marketing package or service, you agree to the following terms.

Payment: Monthly retainers are billed on the 1st of each month. Work begins upon receipt of payment. One-time add-ons require 50% upfront, 50% on delivery. A $25 late fee applies to invoices unpaid after 10 days.

Cancellation: Monthly packages require 30 days written notice to cancel. The final month is billed in full. no prorating. One-time services cannot be cancelled once work has begun; pre-kickoff cancellations receive a full deposit refund.

Refunds: We do not offer refunds on completed or in-progress services. If we fall short on deliverables, we'll make it right with a credit or extended service. Billing errors are corrected within 5 business days.

Deliverables: All deliverables are scoped per calendar month and do not roll over. Clients have 48 hours to review submitted content, no response constitutes approval. Client delays do not entitle additional work or discounts.

Revisions: Revision rounds are included per package (Lite: 1, Pro: 2, Full Flamingo: 3). Additional revisions are billed at $75/hr. A revision is a refinement — not a creative restart or an entirely new deliverable.

Ownership: Paid deliverables become your property upon full payment. Work in progress remains ours until settled. We may feature completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing at signing.

Confidentiality: All client information is kept strictly confidential and will not be shared without written permission. This obligation survives the end of our engagement. Clients agree not to solicit our team for 12 months post-engagement.

Liability: Rainbow Flamingo Marketing is not liable for content approved by the client that is later found to be inaccurate or non-compliant. Clients are responsible for the accuracy of all business information provided to us.
